Global Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Global Account Manager is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth (DS3 and above) IP transit services together with associated value added services, to corporations, large network companies and multinationals, both domestically and internationally. This role requires management of strategic business opportunities and may involve significant analysis of technical and commercial terms.
- Generate new sales consistent with quarterly targets
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with business executives in prospect and customer organizations
- Development of close working relationships with NTT international affiliate companies
- Development of a sales plan consistent with department objectives. Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to plan
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Special Skills/Experience Required:
- Development of complex multi-component business solutions within the Telecom and/or ISP industries
- Successful track record with National and/or Major Accounts - experience with International sales preferred.
- A track record of over-achieving sales quotas
- Thorough understanding of the underlying technologies and economics of the Internet. Must be familiar with the unique technical requirements of large network customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to efficiently communicate to senior management both within and outside the company.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professionally structured and written customer proposals with limited supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently with finance, sales engineering, legal, IP engineering, and with sales management in NTT affiliate companies.
- Good knowledge of key global IP companies and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard 9am-6pm US time zone hours.

Product Manager
Recruiting for Denver, CO or Redmond, WA
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of business plans, lifecycle management and product positioning for specific NTTA products and/or product lines.
Duties:
- Manages the development of company market requirements and product requirements for specific products and/or product lines based on market and customer needs.
- Develops the business plan for products and/or product lines, and manages the lifecycle and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Establishes pricing strategy and product release planning.
- Leads cross-functional teams addressing key areas of concern for product line, new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Works closely with IT, engineering, operations and sales to develop new products and/or enhance existing products based on customer needs.
- Provides prodct datasheets, promotional and product bulletins and other collateral to sales channels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Special Skills/Experience Required:
- 3-5 years data communications, telecommunications or internet/web hosting experience involving design, product evaluation and planning.
- Strong product/project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills required.
- Strong written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to successfully organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams and to communicate complex technical and market issues clearly.
