NTT Com Wins “Best Customer Service for Operators” Award at the Telecom Review Summit
This award joins a long list of international recognitions that NTT Com has received in 2016.

NTT Com has been recognized with the “Best Customer Service for Operators” Industry Excellence Award at the Telecom Review Leaders Summit 2016 that took place in Dubai a few days ago.
The prestigious Telecom Review Excellence Awards acknowledge industry leaders for their hard work and success. Winners are chosen based on recognized and demonstrated capabilities in their specific sector by an independent panel of 15 experienced industry experts.
“With customer needs in mind, NTT Com has designed a fully redundant IP backbone structure that ensures a highly stable and reliable network performance, fully upgraded to run dual stack, both IPv4 and IPv6,” said the judges in a statement. “The company’s customers appreciate that in case of emergencies, traffic can automatically be rerouted without interruptions with minimal impact on latency.”
