- NTT Communications will restore service to unavailable MRS CPE within four hours after NTT Communications determines the exact cause of MRS CPE unavailability.
- 30-minute proactive call to alert you of any MRS CPE outage
- NTT Communications will notify Customer that MRS CPE is unavailable within thirty minutes of the time that NTT Communications makes such determination.
Enhanced MRS also includes:
- Improved SLAs
- Router replacement times can be upgraded from one business day to four (4) or even one (1) hour.
- Mean Time to Repair can be upgraded from four (4) hours to one (1) hour.
- Proactive call alert can be upgraded from 30 minutes to 15 minutes or even 5 minutes.
- Further customization is available on an Individual Case Basis.
